Health From Within has been serving The Midwest for nearly 5 years. Health From Within was founded by Dr. Ashly Ochsner for the sole purpose of educating and leading individuals and families in how to live an optimally healthy life by fully expressing their God-given potential.

At Health From Within our purpose is to educate and adjust as many families as possible towards optimal health using safe, natural and effective chiropractic care based on love, service, and compassion.

We believe in offering affordable chiropractic care to everyone who seeks it. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience optimal health through an optimal functioning spine and nervous system free of subluxation (nerve interference) and its devastating effects.

Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Abigail Tebbe

Dr. Abigail Tebbe was born and raised in Dubuque. Excited to bring true health to her home community, she opened her practice, Health From Within. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic as a Presidential Scholar and received the John Connolly Award, for most outstanding graduate. Dr. Tebbe has previously worked in the Chicagoland area mentoring hundreds of patients to become and stay healthy. She was involved in many different community activities which lead people to a maximized living lifestyle.

Dr. Tebbe has trained with the most successful chiropractors in the nation and is excited to introduce the Maximized Living program to Dubuque. In her training she has learned the importance of speaking the truth about health, along with being a mentor to many for their health desires.

It is Dr. Tebbe's desire to lead people to understand where true health comes from. By removing interference to people's nervous system and allowing healing power to flow this can be achieved. She is excited to be back home!

Dr. Ashly Ochsner

Dr. Ochsner is the founder of Health From Within. A corrective and wellness based chiropractic center serving the sole purpose of educating and leading individuals and families in how to live an optimally healthy life by fully expressing their God-given potential. Dr. Ochsner, radio personality of "The Truth - The Ultimate Health Show," is also renowned speaker in his community, the State of Illinois, and throughout the chiropractic profession. Dr. Ochsner has spent and continues to spend countless hours and dollars on post-graduate education to maximize his knowledge and skills of chiropractic care, wellness education, and nutrition. He believes that God chose him to be a chiropractor and touch people's lives.

In addition, Dr. Ochsner was the official Chiropractor for the Rockford IceHogs of the United Hockey League while practicing in Rockford, IL. Dr. Ochsner is also a recent recipient of The Family Practice Excellence Award and a Founding Doctor of C.O.P.S. (Chiropractors On Purpose Serving), which is a Chicagoland group of Chiropractors now exceeding 40 members who are all dedicated to the advancement of pure chiropractic in the Chicagoland area.

Dr. Ochsner is an avid reader and loves sports and an active lifestyle. He lives in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife Rachelle, sons Ashton and Trevor, and their two cats, Mikhail and Rusty.
