Health From Within has been serving The Midwest for nearly 5 years. Health From Within was founded by Dr. Ashly Ochsner for the sole purpose of educating and leading individuals and families in how to live an optimally healthy life by fully expressing their God-given potential.

At Health From Within our purpose is to educate and adjust as many families as possible towards optimal health using safe, natural and effective chiropractic care based on love, service, and compassion.

We believe in offering affordable chiropractic care to everyone who seeks it. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience optimal health through an optimal functioning spine and nervous system free of subluxation (nerve interference) and its devastating effects.

Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Matthew Hartenburg

Dr. Matthew Hartenburg was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago.  A graduate of St. Charles East High School, he participated in football, wrestling, track, and rugby.  He attended Augustana College and the University of Northern Iowa while working on his undergraduate studies.  His decision to become a chiropractor was a direct result of his own personal experience.  As a young athlete, he had developed two stress fractures in his low back resulting in chronic pain.  After years of physical therapy and pain treatments failed to offer relief, Dr. Hartenburg was able to regain his health through corrective chiropractic adjustments. 

Dr. Hartenburg attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and graduated in February 2009. He has trained under the leading chiropractic doctors specializing in spinal correction techniques. In the year following his graduation, he has practiced and trained in one of the largest chiropractic offices in the nation. Studies in nutrition and overall patient wellness have led to Dr. Hartenburg becoming a leading speaker in the local community.

Dr. Ashly Ochsner

Dr. Ochsner is the founder of Health From Within. A corrective and wellness based chiropractic center serving the sole purpose of educating and leading individuals and families in how to live an optimally healthy life by fully expressing their God-given potential. Dr. Ochsner, radio personality of "The Truth - The Ultimate Health Show," is also renowned speaker in his community, the State of Illinois, and throughout the chiropractic profession. Dr. Ochsner has spent and continues to spend countless hours and dollars on post-graduate education to maximize his knowledge and skills of chiropractic care, wellness education, and nutrition. He believes that God chose him to be a chiropractor and touch people's lives.

In addition, Dr. Ochsner was the official Chiropractor for the Rockford IceHogs of the United Hockey League while practicing in Rockford, IL. Dr. Ochsner is also a recent recipient of The Family Practice Excellence Award and a Founding Doctor of C.O.P.S. (Chiropractors On Purpose Serving), which is a Chicagoland group of Chiropractors now exceeding 40 members who are all dedicated to the advancement of pure chiropractic in the Chicagoland area.

Dr. Ochsner is an avid reader and loves sports and an active lifestyle. He lives in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife Rachelle, sons Ashton and Trevor, and their two cats, Mikhail and Rusty.
