His areas of expertise include pediatric and family health, team sports, and wellness in the workplace. He has extensive education, experience, and a passion for what he does. 

Dr. Ashly is a sought-after speaker in both the profession and the world, delivering continuing education to his peers and delivering hope to parents, teachers, businesses, and teams. He and his amazing wife Rachelle have four of the healthiest boys you will ever meet. They believe this is because the very same principles that he teaches others, he applies to his very own family.
